…When in Winterthur at the EURAM conference

Mid June we presented our research “Insect-based food consumption patterns in Generation Z: how to spread willingness to eat among the youngest?” at the EURAM conference in Winterthur inside the “Business for society” interest group.

This research aimed at investigating insect-based food consumption patterns in Generation Z consumers (particularly in Italy and Switzerland), especially focusing on how to increase willingness to eat of insect-based food.
